I appreciated Humberto very much & I am glad he is the one who came out today. He was nice, patient, gave me helpful information & answers to my questions about the appliances & he was even able to handle the other service appt that had been scheduled for tomorrow, while he was here today. (Especially appreciated this since it had been a MAJOR time-consuming hassle over the phone yesterday to even get the services scheduled, & being told that both could not br done at the same time, etc., etc , yada yada...) The next time my appliance(s) need attention, I hope it is Humberto who comes out again.
