On time, diagnosed my Dryer problem, cleaned lint that had been stuck, and also provided a tune up! He also verified that the heat venting outside was within the right range! He provided some education on how much soap and softener to use. Explained how and what to use to clean your washer, white vinegar!! First Class all the way!

J -was very good made sure everything was working before he left had good manners and explained things to me that I wanted to know. They should have more workers like this one He cleaned the dryer inside and out and indicated that it the heating element was weak that I had to contact sears to get it replaced. .
