Cornelius was our technician for our maintenance checks for 3 appliances that day - a gas clothes dryer, refrigerator and freezer. I found Cornelius very helpful in responding to my questions as he went about doing the maintenance checks. No question was a dumb question. He checked out the concerns I had. He was very thorough and by doing so, we discovered that the insulation material in the freezer door needed to be replaced. He scheduled the return appointment for us and told us the technician will be bringing the parts with him. Cornelius was very polite and professional. Overhearing his phone call back to the office about the door insulation problem, I felt that they were working as a team, speaking professionally with each other. As a customer, I felt assured they were there for me. Thank you.

Mr Lu was very organized and friendly. He called me previously getting here and that was very important because he had a wrong street name, so I could fix it. My address is 8442 Lander St, not Lambert St, and I corrected it talking with a representative, but she couldn't do it.

Nothing to rate because I needed repair and Carlos is only assigned maintenance. He was at my doorway for less than a minute. Not his fault, but website should have been more clearer for the user.
