I received a courtesy call from Cal the approximately time when he would arrive and he was on time. Cal was friendly kind and approachable. He let me when he was done and moving on to the next appliance. I have scheduled 12 appointments since October 2024 for my refrigerator that is also covered under my maintenance agreement but is located at a different location. That refrigerator is STILL NOT Fix! My last wait time was 9 hours 15 mins and no courtesy call no explanation …nothing. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years Sear has changed. I'am canceling my maintenance agreement with Sear.

I have had this service for many years. I resent being given a time frame of 8-5 for the technician to arrive. People have lives. Many companies set a time frame of 8-12 or 1 to 5, which is more convenient and respectful of our time. I have no complaints about the technician.
