Paul is a very nice guy. Paul has been the technician to do my yearly warranty check for the last several years. Paul is Polite, Professional and very Knowledgeable about all involved doing the the check. Paul is a nice and friendly guy. I think Paul is an Asset to the Sears Home Service.

Kyle arrived on time and went to work on my dishwasher. The person who took the order was not clued in! I called because my ice maker was out… again! They did not include that in the service order. They sold me a check up on the dishwasher ( which was working perfectly) and failed to include the reason for my call! Now the repairman will have to return and fix the ice maker. I would give her a score of 0 stars! Kyle scored a 5 star !
