Needed a dishwasher repair and a fridge tune up. Called for service and they hooked me up that day. The repair man got here and fixed the dishwasher and looked at the fridge. Turns out the fridge was a bigger problem than the dishwasher. The repair man was honest and had actual concern for his customer. That made the experience that much better. If he hadn't come that day, I may have lost hundreds of dollars in food.
