Chris did something no other technician did to quiet my dryer. For years technicians told me the noise I was hearing in my dryer were coins that will eventually come out. Chris recognized the noise and said he would get them out and he did along with lint build up where the coins were lodged. He took the time to take apart the right things and removed them. Now I have a quiet dryer with no noise like before. Take care of this guy, Sears. Thank you, Chris.

I did preventative maintenance service of my Kenmore refrigerator. I appreciated the information that Gagik shared about the filters and how to help the appliance continue to work properly by opening and closing the correct door first and by cleaning where the freezer door opens. I was worried about possible damage to the floor and walls from pulling the fridge out to access the coil, but Gagik had a hard plastic sheet down to protect the floor and was very careful as he moved the fridge out and then back in.
