Monogram not cooling
The best service technician we have ever had. Unfortunately Sears does not bring commonly replaced parts on their vans so replacing the inverter will require at least a week delay.

Oscar was friendly, on time and a problem solver. The prior technician ordered the wrong part for our washer and Oscar ordered the proper part and rescheduled the repair for 2 days later. He explained everything he cleaned out of the dryer. Very satisfied with his service.
