I received the parts for my washing machine and it was reconstructed. It didn't look like the original. He figured it out and fixed my washing machine. He didn't give up. Manual is a valuable asset to Sears.

This technician came for a routine check on my dishwasher. He thoroughly checked its functioning and noted the wheels on the bottom rack could use replacing. He ordered the required parts and returned to my home to replace the wheels. Each time, the technician was professional, courteous and clearly communicated when I could expect him to arrive, and what the estimated repair entailed. Very pleased that I opted to have the routine maintenance check.
