Hussein did his work then invited me to an overview of my washer and dryer. I was impressed with his willingness to teach after what was probably a long day. It was close to 5 pm and he graciously showed me a couple things I wasn't aware of about my particular products. If he comes to your house, listen and learn.

My Sears tech "Chester" was professional, knowledgeable and had good follow through. After accessing the issue he ordered parts and followed through with the parts department to determine availability of parts. Chester Gave me a timeframe for a resolution to finalize repair/other. I appreciate him walking through the whole process with me before leaving. Thank you for great customer service!

My technician cleaned the inside of my dryer. He was the first ever tech to do this. He also went through all the steps for my washer. To make sure it ran right. This technician needs a raise.

Was nice. Empathetic to my needs. Very nice and professionals. Was apologetic when I informed him that I already knew the compressor had gone out and I was told he would have the part and could fix it. He was under the impression, he was there to diagnose the problem. Anyway another 2 weeks without a working fridge. Just happy it going to be fixed after 6 weeks

Jose not only us a very nice person, he has excellent service and troubleshoots the issue with your machines. This washer needs a new mother board and came to this conclusion after checking everything including making sure the machine was level .. This guy deserves a rise$$ He's coming back next week to install the new board . Thank you Jose!
