Very pleased with the work done by Richard. Washed the outside coils, cleaned the inside drain. Took lots of pictures and advised that there were some issues with insulation and duct work. He explained the issues so that I could understand the technical aspects and advised that Sears did not do the ducts. Advised that we get a duct company out to fix issues.

Antonio was great. He was friendly and told me in detail what he was checking and even took pictures to show me how clean the inside of my system was after he cleaned it. He even gave me a few pointers on how to keepy system running smoothly. I've had several maintenance techs come out over the years to servicey A/c unit and very seldom I get one that explains to me what he did, what he's looking for and shows me pictures. Usually they come out...do their thing and leave. Antonio was different then all the others.

Compared to the service I have been receiving lately from Sears; This was like the old days when the techs were here on a timely basis and did a good job. My appointment was originally scheduled for Tuesday, April 21. Received a call this morning saying that had an opening for this afternoon within an hour and a half after I received the call the technician was here to service. My AC. Technician was congenial, courteous and very professional.
