Robersy... Dryer Maintenance
Robersy has been here before for other appliances, knowledgeable & professional. There have been NO issues with technicians... making appointments has been a nightmare!! We now have to wait for another technician to come for the washer repair???? Who does the schedules??? We have been trying to get our lawnmower fixed for 2 weeks with no success... can't get an appointment because there is no one in our zip code???? Very frustrating because we know there is a technician....he has worked on our machine for years and STILL works for you. Get back to human representatives with the ability to co-ordinate and stop wasting the time of your customers and your technicians!

Allan- performed a maintenance/ tune-up on my Craftsman riding lawn mower. Ellen answered all my questions about maintenance on the tractor, taking the time to explain why and how things operated, and was very personable to talk with. I would definitely recommend a friend request Allan for their repair technician for servicing their riding mower. I will definitely request Allan the next time I have my mower serviced by A & E Factory Services. Five stars ⭐️ 👍🏻!
