Sears Home Service
Ted has been to my house to service my Kenmore water softener for many years, he is extremely knowledgeable on service of water softeners. He is also very neat and cleans up after fixing the problem. he is a honest person and you should be proud to have him as an employee. I hope you give him raises in pay often.

Our technician was great. Kind, helpful excellent at his job. Sears doesn't tell you that they don't take certain credit cards and they don't take cash. They also didn't apply the discount code that was the reason for me scheduling them. First and most likely last time I'll ever use them. So disappointed in Sears
