Frank is the best. He makes an extra effort to be here even if it's late in the day. He is professional, extremely competent and friendly. He has been the only person to work on my tractor and I trust him implicitly. I wish that your company would do a better job of scheduling service. To have to be available from 8am to 5pm ruins the whole day. Frank arrived after 5pm even though he could have cancelled the appointment because he has a great sense of responsibility to his customers.
