Scott G is very thorough and very efficient. He is very professional and proficient and clearly described what needed to be accomplished. Excellent experience with Scott. My only complaint is NOT with Scott. It's with Sears' automated phone system. There is no way to talk to a live person.

Cesar as always a GREAT tech. He always explains and ask if i have any questions before he leaves and will take his time to answer. He has been coming to my home for awhile now to service heat pump and furnace. He is a great asset to your company But to get in contact with Sears is the WORST ever!!!

Ken was great. Your AI system for scheduling is absolutely awful. It messed-up my appointment and then lied about it. You have no way to get to a human being to fix the errors. It is total garbage.
