Sergio was personable, prompt and courteous through the service appointment. He took the time needed to thoroughly check the water heater and provide preventative maintenance on it. He took the time to pull the components apart and thoroughly clean and treat each part. Thank you for the extra care you took to ensure our water heater is in the best condition!

Rafael arrived very timely and proceeded to inspect the nine (9) items on our list. He explained his inspection results on each item and recommended a setting change on our trash compactor and identified problems with our dishwasher. He will return on 30 April, 2025 with dishwasher repair parts and close on the issue.
