Glenn came and looked at my old oven (which I love) found it needed a new heating element and found a replacement element and ordered it for us. He also gave my dishwasher a clean and checked it out for us and all is in working order despite its age. He was on time and very polite.

Michael kept me apprised throughout the morning of his estimated arrival time and provided great advice on how to keep my refrigerator in working order. He was friendly and also let me know what signs to keep an eye out for that would indicate it's time for a new fridge!
