Christopher was excellent He arrived at the designated time and worked efficiently to check every appliance that was scheduled for service. He is an extremely polite man, and his demeanor is very pleasant as well as professional. I would be happy if he was my service technician for any future service.

I shared with Scott my disappointment that the original appointment was last Saturday and we were never notified that it had been canceled. I spent over an hour on Monday trying to reach a live person and was unable. I did reach a chat which told me if I wanted to speak to a person, I had to sign up for some plan and pay $65!!!. Your technitions are great, but the rest of the service is extremely poor. Get rid of AI.
