The tech was very good and handled the job well. Still not thrilled with the scheduling system that had me wait a whole day, then cancelled the visit and automatically rescheduled me for an inconvenient time, which I then had to adjust.

The service tech "Kevin" was professional and clean! Great service. Your Sears scheduling sucks!….costs us a full day and you another service date (mileage & pay) to schedule out two units on separate dates!!! Not good business practice for the company or the customer!!!

Sunny was the first service provider that wiped the rubber gasket of both freezer and refrigerator. He also vacuumed under the refrigerator, lying on the floor to look at where he was vacuumed.
