Robersy has been here before for other appliances, knowledgeable & professional. There have been NO issues with technicians... making appointments has been a nightmare!! We now have to wait for another technician to come for the washer repair???? Who does the schedules??? We have been trying to get our lawnmower fixed for 2 weeks with no success... can't get an appointment because there is no one in our zip code???? Very frustrating because we know there is a technician....he has worked on our machine for years and STILL works for you. Get back to human representatives with the ability to co-ordinate and stop wasting the time of your customers and your technicians!
