Technician arrived within the scheduled appt. time frame. Was knowledgeable of his work. While servicing the dishwasher he noticed that the wheels on the lower dishwasher rack was missing screws that keep them in place. I was given the website and item number to order a replacement. He also instructed me how to attach the parts when i receive them. Overall, I am satisfied with my service visit.

Mustafa showed up early for apt. He did maintenance on my washer AND dryer which was nice not to have to have two different techs on two different days, much more efficient. He did a great job, and gave me advice and tips on my use of the machines to keep them going. I highly recommend this service and Mustafa.
