Leaky refrigerator
Jose arrived in a timely manner. Quickly diagnosed the problem and went about fixing it. As he fixed one problem he noticed another problem. Ultimately he was effective and efficient.

He did what needed to be done. Disappointed with parts department that would not authorize a door replacement for microwave. I thought my maintenance agreement covered parts. My service person said it was necessary.
