Kyle was very pleasant, He checked the treadmill, made some adjustments, and said it was good to go. He also indicated that we may need a new pad (where we walk) next. He also indicated that when I clean the pad, I should not get any water under the pad as that would remove the grease. Kyle did a nice job.
