Very helpful and efficient
Ismael was professional and delightful to work with. Our work order was incorrect as we have 2 air conditioning units and have always had 2 units for the preseason check. He had a work order for a single unit. He tried to resolve the order issue on site, and obtain a second work order but was unsuccessful. He was quick and efficient. Thank you Ismael.
