Yearly appliance inspection
He found all appliances operating and in good shape except for the dryer and he's scheduling an appointment for a technician to come out and repair the dryer. He assured me that parts were available for the dryer. The garbage disposal, washer, water heater, water softener, are all new appliances and he got the model and serial numbers off of all of them to turn into maintenance agreement as they were replaced by maintenance agreements.

I received a text message that a technician was on the way to my house arriving at 11:52 AM. I patiently waited until about 2 PM and no technician. I received another text saying my appointment had been rescheduled for 6/21. I explained that I would not be available on 6/21 and wouldn't be available until sometime in July. A technician arrived at about 4:15 and did an outstanding job.

Pedro arrived on time, was respectful of our property, identified the reason our fridge was not cooling, replaced the parts, tested the repairs, cleaned up and was off to his next appointment. Professional, experienced and to the point ... the way customer service and service techs should be. If we ever need Sears service again, we will certainly request Pedro.

We had a great experience today with Don, who serviced five of our appliances. Don was very thorough with each Appliance and showed me ways that I could help to maintain some of these trouble spots in between the yearly maintenance. I really appreciated having someone who is so thorough out here today. Don has been a technician working with Sears for the last 40 years so he really knows what he's doing!!
