Sears' Maintenance Agreement appointment!
I was so pleased with the results of this whole appointment! There was no comparison to the difficult time I had just trying to get my refrigerator's yearly checkup last year. For two days, last year I was promised that someone would get here. For both times no one showed. I then found there was no one in this area that could do the work. I then had to call Sears again and each time it was unbelievable the minutes I lost waiting to talk to a human. One night I got luckily and a gentleman answered the phone. He apologized about the whole mess and told me what I needed to do. I had to find someone on my own that could run through my refrigerator, pay him and then in turn Sears would pay me. It was like a circus without any goodies.
