Mr. Bowman was courteous and did his job. He also arrived within the estimated time. I would rate him a 5. As for getting a repairman to come has been a very big problem. I also have a repair (washer)scheduled for 5/17 that has been rescheduled multiple times (4x). I have been waiting since the last week of March for a repairmen to look at the washer. I have called and the people who are scheduling are not doing good job. They have promised me service but twice, we waited past 5:00 only to be notified several hours later that the washer repair has been rescheduled. The schedulers do not explain why there has been multiple rescheduling done. It would help if your company was forthcoming in saying why the repairs are not being done on time like for example , not having enough repairmen. I also have a horrible experience on the phone being transferred multiple times and not having my problem addressed. Your company needs to offer me some compensation for letting me edit for a month and a half . I am still waiting for servicing of my washer!!!!
