I had an A/C issue and called for service. Richard called ahead and provided an arrival estimate. He then called on the way to confirm. Upon arrival he immediately grasped the issues and went to work fixing the issue. He even suggested doing the next regular service while here, had it approved, and performed it. This saved me and him time and effort. I recommend Richard highly.

Daniel and the other technician worked very hard to deep clean our washing machine. This involved taking out the tub and scrubbing a lot. Both of them were great.
