Abdur-Rahim was great. He arrived within the scheduled service window. He was polite and professional. He made an effort to not walk thru our house so he didn't track dirt in which was very polite but unnecessary. He checked out our whole HVAC and cleaned our coils and gave us a clean bill of AC health for the hot Texas summer.
