Adam was on time for my appointment to have all of my kitchen and laundry appliances checked as well as my furnace. He took his time but was still efficient and checked for carbon monoxide levels as well. He also shared helpful information on life of appliances, general repair, and things to look out for. He has been with Sears for 25 years and knows his stuff!
