I'm a longtime customer of Kenmore products and have had great service from them.It had been quite a while since my washer and dryer were serviced for routine maintenance so I was nervous as to what the service people would find. Wayne, and his trainee J did a fantastic job ensuring both machines were clean and in good working order. They also helped me restart my seats home services maintenance plan that I'd let lapse some time ago. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, did quality work and are a credit to the Sears brand name.

Brian shows up for our maintenance part of the MPA with a great knowledge of the machines to be worked on. He is very methodical and serious about checking each device of which there are 6. I am always impressed by his demeanor and work ethic. Great asset to Sears Home Services!
