It has been a major hassle getting the units serviced. The AI system does not work well. It had trouble finding the contract number then it scheduled services where we were supposed to pay additional amounts. We cancelled the services and tried again. This time we got 4 of 5 scheduled & he arrived on time. The 5th did not have any appointments available. Still have not gotten the water softener done. The service man said Sears has a number of people capable in doing the Water Softener. Why can't they send one from San Diego? We were told that our WS guy retired this past year. Didn't they replace him? Now I have to find what they are charging this year for five appliances. So far, I've spent several days trying to our annual checks on five appliances done.

Veaceslav is tops… he has been here before and always is at the top of his game. Comfortable saying he is one of the best in the business. Getting to this point through with the AI experience and the no-shows or no communication for prior scheduled appointment days, after me making myself available for eight hour windows, is less than desirable.
