Was very please with the service, this Sears employee has always done a great job on the many times he has taken care of my appliances, always does a very thorough job and gives great advice on how to take care of the appliance he is servicing.

Dave's knowledge, helpful and practical service is always a delight . He explains what's wrong in terms I understand , gives me options for fixing and makes sure it's done right before leaving. I wish I could get Dave for all my repairs instead of the stupid AI allocated guys who often have no clue.

I was extremely pleased with the service from Bob.He not only fixed the problems with my washer but made sureall was right before leaving.I hope in the future if I need an other service call Bob will be the one to come.

Not satisfied. Very quick. Did not put vinegar in or check filter. All part of maintenance. Would not provide hvac maintenance for a discount on 2nd system not covered; but willing to pay. This has always been done. Used bathroom. Maybe didn't feel well. What good is this home warranty if work is not done well
