Refrigerator Service with Troy

Troy arrived at my house later this afternoon to service my refrigerator. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. He also was at my house on Wednesday, June 4 to service my freezer. The only complaint I have is with the Sears Service Center. When a customer has two appliances to be done - please let the service Technician do both appliances on one day. Sitting at my house all day today was not customer service especially when Troy had to come back today to do the refrigerator. He could have done both appliances yesterday.
