However, the communication needs a lot of help. When I made the appointment, I was told I would get a call the day before to tell me what time. That did not happen. I finally got a call today at 1:15 p.m. telling me he would get here between 3 and 5. I wish I had known that sooner since I had put the whole day on hold. He called at 5:30 saying he would be here in half an hour. I was grateful he was still willing to do the job. As I said, Allan was great, but communication was terrible.

Otis has been taking care of our furnace for years. He is always very pleasant, goes right to work, does an efficient job and I am grateful.

However, I never had a call the day before to tell me what time he was going to be here as they told me I would. So I put my entire day on hold because I didn't know. I finally got a call at 1:15 saying he would be here between 3 and 5. He called at 5:30 to say he was half an hour away. The work did get done but poor Allan is getting home very late.
