Jesse has been at my apartment more than once. I was so happy when he showed up to inspect my freezer. He is very kind, considerate, helpful and caring. I has asked for both my refrigerator and freezer to have their annual inspection but the order was only for the freezer. I was able to get a live person on the phone and Jesse talked to him. They couldn't give an order at that time but set an appointment for July 3. I am hoping Jesse will bet here again.

Everything went like clockwork: Well within the 2-hour framework that David promised. Expert service as always (we've had him in the past. The washer was inspected thoroughly and there were No "surprises" so no repairs were needed. Many thanks to David and Sears for a job well performed!! This Appliance service is well worth signing up for - would recommend it 100% to anyone

Bruce is pleasant and knowledgeable The way calls are handled by the office is horrible. There should be a text sent in the morning with an estimate time not 8-5 for arrival so customers don't have to wait all day long for tech to say that he will be there 30 minutes at 4 pm Confirming my appointment was difficult also it was much easier years ago
