Johnny was direct and efficient. After a focused diagnosis, he clearly described my options for repair. In addition, he advised us on the future maintenance we should do to keep the problem from reoccurring. I was very pleasantly surprised by his professionalism since I have a poor opinion of Sears technicians from prior experiences.

Hassib was early to the appt. He was very courteous , knowledgeable and explained what work needed to be performed. He offered options and let us decide what to do. He didn't try to pressure us in to buying product or service we didn't want. I highly recommend Hassib and will definately call him for service.
