Madjd provided excellent customer service, was very personable and made some good suggestions about future service needs. I certainly will continue to look to Sears Home Services for my appliance servicing.

Conrad was so helpful to explain the Sears protocol in service, with the diagnostic and what part that needs to replaced and final check to make sure the dryer is fully functional. He also went through the service warranty that I liked and decided to add.

Mr. Ricard was very professional and he started the washer to hear what it did. Then he asked me what was wrong with it. I told him that this is the annual maintenance agreement that I have with Sears. But I did tell him to look at the mechanism where the Downy goes and I asked him why it was bobbing around instead of been steady and he told that it needed to be screwed down, but he did not have his equipment to screw it down. Something to do that his equipment was not working. But everything was fine, other than that, I signed and he left.

Jose did a great job of communicating the problem, how he was going to repair our HVAC unit and completed in great time. He flushed our drain lines and checked filters in both units. All in all a great experience and job well done!
