We have had a Maintenance Agreement for 3 items for 8 years. Leroy was amazing, he explained what he was doing and why. Thoroughly cleaned out the washer, dryer and refrigerator. I have never, ever had a person from Sears perform the work that Leroy did, it was a surprise. He is definitely a shining example of professionalism and knowledge. Leroy should be a trainer and rewarded with a raise. He makes Sears look like a great place to purchase appliances. Mr & Mrs Ingerson
