Great technician
I was totally pleased with the quality job Nicholas did when checking my dryer for any issues. He was polite and very thorough with the inspection, explaining any questions I had.

Adam was great but my MPA always covered gaskets and now it is not covering them because the company has deemed it 'normal wear and tear'. As a Sears Retiree that was especially disappointing.
