Brian arrived on same day as my call at the time he texted to me. His service was finished in about 15 minutes. He was very pleasant and did his job at a very reasonable price. I would like to see Brian on all appliances repairs I need.

Norman provided excellent service as he examined the condition & working operation of my GE refrigerator! He clearly explained what he was doing as he worked, thoroughly cleaned the back of the Fridge, checked the temperature of the freezer/fridge! His experience showed thru as he diligently completed the Maintenance check of my fridge! I was very impressed w/his performance! Sears should value him as a positive resource & representation of their business!
