He was very knowledgeable about the work he preformed very professional and did a great job. If i ever need any more work done I will ask for Jonathan M. he is a very nice person. Thanks John

The technician that came out was great. Very knowledgeable and very courteous. He took time to explain everything that he needed to do. He fixed all the issues and did it in a timely manner. Not to mention, it was a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Next time I have an issue I will definitely be calling them again. And if possible, I will be requesting the same technician.

William came on time ( after I had been RESCHEDULED 2 weeks in a row waiting all day). He was friendly and knowledgeable. I've had my refrigerator maintenanced many times with Sears,but never as thoroughly As William did it. Usually it's vacuum and check temp. and goodbye. He cleaned fan blades, vacuumed and cleaned condenser coils. He even took a rag and wiped floor under refrig. He reminded me of technicians of Old Sears. Willing to make the customer feel MONEY WELL SPENT & RESPECTED. Should be more than five stars. I've been with you "thick or thin" for 40 years

He came the confirm the dryer lint screen was installed correctly lol! Luckily, it was his last appointment of the day and it ended being the easiest one for him. He was very friendly.

Bryan was very thorough when he did the preventative maintenance on my dryer and refrigerator. When he did the dryer, he took out the drum which all the other technicians never did. He oiled and vacuumed it all.

The tech, Scott was great and efficient and friendly. The work it took to get the appointment and straighten out the errant email and phone number issues were far less than good. Note to Sears Home Service: Your use of AI to do things stinks, to put it mildly. Use people until you get it right and you are far from having it right at this time.
