Lewis was very thorough. I've had this service for at least 10+ years and had my appliances checked every year. No one has done as good a job as Lewis did.

We were kept informed on the estimated time of arrival of technician Norman. He arrived pretty much on time as that estimated. He was friendly, personable and shared information in answer to questions as well as explanations as to a number of features and functions we were unfamiliar with beforehand.

I've always had yearly maintenance on my washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Hung, the technician, was the best far above other technicians! Very thorough and most importantly took his time to complete the task. Absolute great tech. If I have future issues (hopefully not ;)), I hope he will be the tech!
