He was great—helpful, patient with my questions knowledgeable. Sears was a problem. My appt was tescheduled twice after waiting most of the day. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Any number i called led only to an AI voice and answering prompts led back into a loop. No one to ask questions. Frustrating!!
