Marcos was very friendly. He checked out all our appliances . He said everything was okay with them. He was very informative with us and explained the check up on the appliance. I would like to have him again for my repair or maintenance needs.

George is really a 10! Told us what needed to be done and explained why. Explained the mechanics and the maintenance of our refrigerator in Florida. Answered all of my questions and even repeated for my husband. He showed us what and where on the fridge. Great guy!

Phillip arrived on time, called first, did an excellent job looking over the refrigerator. If Sears had a 100% better method of scheduling service, I would consider signing up for another maintenance agreement. I have had one consistently since 2012 when I bought the refrigerator but now they hide behind AI making it almost impossible to talk to a person. Also, for my original appointment, I got about 15 reminders, had to confirm and reconfirm the appointment and then found out at noon that it was cancelled. I received NO reminders for this appointment.
