Great service, Sergio!
Great customer experience today! Sergio did a tune-up check on my furnace in preparation for winter. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, answered my questions clearly, & explained what he was doing & what I could do to help my furnace run best. I learned several good tips & ideas for the future if my furnace stops working & what to do first before calling for service. Really appreciate Sergio's help & expertise to learn more. He represented Sears Home Services very well as a tech pro. I'd give him a 10-star rating if that was an option! Thank you Sergio!
