Kenneth is knowledgeable and friendly. Through none of his fault, he was not able to fix the stove because the part delivered was damaged in transit. The part has been reordered and I will check the next delivery when it arrives. Seems like they should have packed such a delicate part better. The refrigerator door closes much better now with a new seal. He also took the time to make a couple more tweaks to make sure it is a good as it can be. The magnets in the new seal are less strong than the original ones were when the refrigerator was new. Overall, my experience with Sears has been terrible. It takes way too long to get appliances fixed and seems like the process could be way more efficient
