Great service; knowledgeable technician.
Furnace checked by Brian. He did a thorough job of making sure it fired up twice before leaving. He checked filter as well. Very pleasant.

Charles came at the end of the four hour period, it was worth the wait. He was polite and respectful and patiently went through my washer and dryer eliminating the water leak and identified a potential fire hazard with the dryer and corrected it . I am thankful for the repair and the peace of mind Charles gave me.

Robert arrived on time, earlier than expected actually. He came in prepared and went right to work. The only thing about this whole process that I did not like was I have never spoken to a person up until he walked in the door. I prefer to talk to a person on the phone before making this appointment but that was not an option. I guess this is the future of this type of thing is just totally dealing with computers. Not a good thing.

Mr. Patricio came on time to our appointment as booked. He has all his equipments in his tool bags ready to work on our refrigerator. He checked everything including the door gaskets. He checked the temperature in all compartments. He pulled the refrigerator out to check any leaking in the back. He showed us how to check the ice maker. He is absolutely thorough: Our refrigerator is in good working condition . We appreciate his work.
