Jestavian did maintenance on our washer and dryer. The washer work was minimal but the dryer kept showing high temperature faults. He took the dryer apart and found where the vent was plugged in the dryer and cleaned it out. It was the most thorough maintenance we have ever had from Sears. Jestavian is the best technician we have seen.

This is the first time using sears to do my yearly heater maintenance. The technician was in and out very fast, he said my filter did not need changing. He said that everything checked out ok. I had questions about the heat tape, he said it checked out ok. He answered any concerns I had. He was very easy to talk to. A very pleasant person.
