This is how repair man used to be. He was very polite and courteous. He was able to fix it right away because he had the part with him.

On time and to the point
He arrived in the morning. I was glad I did not have to wait all day. He was quick and got the job done. He apologized and said he was to fix it. But was not able to the computer system. The manufacturer stopped making the computer system after one year.

I felt Kurt was very good at analyzing my problem. Was hoping he would tell me what it would cost to replace the part that is defective. My home warranty only wants to give me $260 toward repair or replacement. I can't afford to but a new dishwasher.

New 2-month-old GE washer repair
My 2-month-old GE washing machine, had a faulty external drain hose, the drain hose was defective, split open right in the seam of the plastic. Kurt came out on his initial visit diagnosed the problem, ordered the part required to make the proper repairs. Kurt then returned today on 1-9-24 to install the new replacement external drain hose. Kurt was on time for the repair, did a fantastic job, left everything looking just like it was prior to him making the repair. Thank you Kurt It was a pleasure working with you
