Very friendly and knowledgeable
Scheduler scheduled him for 3 days from 8 to 5. Not shorter times. Hard to work around the long hours provided. And then get a text saying rescheduled for tomorrow. Once he came was very friendly and had it working and drying clothes in no time.

Kurtis is my old washer's best friend!
This is not the first time Kurtis has been called on to make repairs to my Whirlpool washer. Each time he has diagnosed the problem, made the repair and finished with a smile.
