Calvin was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. However, the rating is 1 for Sears itself. You can't reach a human. It took over 2 months to get a refrigerator part. They give you a number to call and that number cannot be reached. Total frustration with Sears protection warranty. Don't get it! The
