Mark discovered the problem. I have been without an ice maker for 7 years weeks. Two appointments rescheduled within an hour of showing up. Many calls telling me to confirm parts or the appt is cancelled with the technician there. But the kicker is all of the delays and incompetent technicians and company allowed it to get worse and water leaked behind my built in wall and shamed my brand new wood floors and cabinet

Wayne was EXCELLENT, out of the 4 men sent to do the job, Wayne seemed to be the only one that really knew what he was doing and how to work on my Washer, he also was the Tech that ordered the parts, Sears needs to do better, I had 4-5 appt's abruptly cancel with no explanation, I would get a text that the Tech was on the way, then 15 minutes later, a cancellation and a reschedule, with no call or anything, didn't check to see if we were even available for the time 8am-5pm, I'm really disappointed in the service time, this ticket started 22 Jan and was finally after several parts ordered completed 29 Feb 2024. SEARS needs to reach out to their clients with some explanation, when plans change, not the customer having to reach out to SEARS.

Justin came out to assess the issue with our refrigerator. He was able to diagnose the problem within a short period of time, ordered the parts and came back and installed them quickly. We found him very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
